Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Block battle account and associated data from inside the app or through the request path below.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to the Block battle account you want to delete.
- Open My account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the deletion date and confirm the request.
The account is scheduled for permanent deletion seven days after confirmation. During this recovery period, the profile is unavailable to other players. You may sign in and select Restore account before the displayed deadline to cancel deletion.
Request deletion outside the app
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Block battle account. Include your username if you know it. If you cannot access that email, explain this in the message so we can provide an appropriate verification step.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request to privacy@toppymap.com with the subject “Block battle account deletion request”.
What is deleted
After the recovery period and required verification, deletion covers:
- the account, email association, username, authentication identities, and active sessions;
- the public player profile, biography, profile links, and profile preferences;
- the account's rating, statistics, leaderboard record, recent match history, open matches, and stored push tokens;
- server-stored avatar data associated with the profile, if any.
Deleting the Block battle account does not delete a separate Google, Facebook, or X account used to sign in. You can manage those accounts directly with the provider.
Limited data that may be retained
We may retain narrowly limited records where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or multiplayer record integrity. This can include a non-public deleted-profile identifier and deletion timestamp, a report needed for a moderation investigation, and another player's historical match outcome with your public profile replaced by a deleted-account marker. We do not use retained deletion records for advertising.
Data in protected backups may persist until the backup is overwritten under the normal backup cycle and is not restored except for disaster recovery or security. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
Delete specific data without deleting the account
You can edit profile fields in the app. To request deletion or correction of specific information while keeping the account, email privacy@toppymap.com and describe the data and account involved. We may need to verify account ownership.
